One problem, one evening, one number.

Pick the question in front of your household. A few figures in, one answer out — send it to the other adult and you will see when they have opened it.

Your first brief is free. No product recommendations, ever.

Trust and security

Six things Keel does not do.

No commissions, no product picks, no quiet actions. Here is what is true today.

  • No commissions

Keel earns from subscriptions only. It takes no commissions from providers and shows no ads.

  • No policy picks

Keel names no insurer and ranks no policy. For any decision it points you to a licensed professional.

  • No switching advice

Keel does not judge what you pay or point you to a different policy. It shows what you hold and when it renews.

  • No claims made for you

Keel finds the policy and the contact, and drafts a message. You make the claim.

  • No selling your data

Your details are never sold. The processors we use are listed in the privacy notice.

  • No quiet actions

Keel prepares drafts and you send them. The few things it sends for you, such as emails to people you name if you go quiet, stay off until you switch them on.

What we do with your data.

  • Encrypted at rest

Connector passwords and access tokens are encrypted before they're ever stored, not just in transit.

  • Never sold

Your financial data isn't sold. Approved AI providers process it only for the request you make.

  • Yours to delete

Export your data or request account deletion from Settings. See the privacy notice for deletion and retention details.

How it works

Three steps. One evening.

  1. 1

    Choose the problem

Income stopping, a drop in pay, a fix ending, fees starting. Start from the one in front of you.

  2. 2

    Enter a few figures

Savings, monthly costs, any cover on file. Keel works out the months and the date it depends on, from your own figures.

  3. 3

    Send the link

The other adult reads the same answer. You see when they have opened it.

During and after

When something happens, your family has somewhere to start.

  • Emergency Mode

Say what happened and get steps for seven kinds of bad day, starting with the first three.

  • Papers the adults can open

The adults who have joined your household can open the documents you stored.

  • A draft to your own insurer

Keel finds the claim contact on file and drafts the message. You edit it and send it.

  • If you go quiet

Optional emails to people you name, pointing them to papers they can already open. Off until you switch it on.

Not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency call 999, 112 or 911.

One home for the family

Ready before. Found during. Sorted after.

Everything below works from what your family adds. Keel shows, estimates and drafts. You decide.

Before

Know where you stand.

  • Emergency fund and savings runwayWorks from the figures you enter
  • Life, income and health cover on fileRough estimates from what you enter. Keel does not read policy wording
  • Policy renewals and duplicate policiesReminders are opt-in. Duplicates are flagged for the same person only
  • Retirement and education paceWorks from the figures you enter
  • Debt healthWorks from the figures you enter
  • Wills and papers on fileChecks whether you have added them. Keel cannot judge a will
  • "What if" runway simulatorA rehearsal on your figures, not a forecast
  • Who each bill and account depends onYou enter each one and Keel infers nothing. The adult named on a row confirms it themselves
  • Cover that comes with a jobYou enter what your payslip or HR portal shows. Keel cannot see your employer’s policy
  • A policy with no recent payment on fileBased on the dates you enter. Keel cannot tell whether cover is in force, so check with your provider
  • Nominations that no longer match your family recordCompares two records you entered. It never says who to name: trustees or the scheme decide

During

Find what you need.

  • Documents your family’s adults can openAdults who have joined your household. Passphrase sealing is optional and has no recovery
  • Steps for seven kinds of bad dayStarts when you say what happened
  • Emails to people you name if you go quietOpt-in, off by default. It points them to papers they can already open
  • Ask Keel about what you have on fileAnswers from what you have entered. Information only, not advice
  • Alerts by push notification or emailOpt-in. Settings shows which channel works on your device

After

Send what is ready.

  • Who to call, from your policy papersOnly if the contact is on file. Reading an uploaded policy needs Keel Plus
  • Draft message to your own insurerYou edit it and send it. Keel never sends it
  • Claim packet for a life policyA checklist and a draft from your own record. You send it; your insurer’s own claim pack is the authority

Common questions

Straight answers.

Is LifeKeel financial advice?

No. LifeKeel is informational and educational only — not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and not a substitute for a licensed professional or for calling emergency services (999, 112, 911) in a real emergency.

Will Keel move money or act on my behalf?

No. Keel shows you what is on file and estimates possible gaps. It never moves money or buys products. Anything it sends for you, such as emails to people you name if you go quiet, stays off until you switch it on. It has no commercial relationship with any insurer or provider.

How much does LifeKeel cost?

LifeKeel is free to start, no credit card required — including your first household brief. Keel Plus is £7.99 a month; it keeps the household record current, unlocks further briefs, and reads policy documents (provider, policy number, amount, and dates pulled out for you to confirm), on top of everything in the free plan.

Is my financial data sold?

No. Your financial data isn't sold. Approved AI providers process it only for the request, and the privacy notice lists who they are. Connector passwords and access tokens are encrypted before they're ever stored.

Can I cancel Keel Plus anytime?

Yes. No credit card is required to start free, and you can cancel Keel Plus anytime from your account.

Does LifeKeel work for the whole family?

Yes. Add your partner and kids to your family’s roster and every score, insight, and "what if" scenario accounts for the whole household, not just the person who signed up.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from Settings. See the privacy notice for how deletion is handled and which records must be retained.
